Main research subjects: evaluation of the influence of biological and agrotechnical factors on the quality of raw materials for fruit and vegetables processing; evaluation of suitability of fruit and vegetables rarely cultivated in Poland and new varieties to various forms of preservation; evaluation of fruit and vegetables preservation on biological, nutritional and organoleptic quality of final products; influence of various factors on nitrites and oxalates content in raw , stored and processed vegetables.

Teaching subjcts: processing technology of fruit and vegetable; storage of vegetables; raw materials for processing; technological design of food industry enterprises; production of functional food; systems of food ensurance.
